Job Description
A CSM QE at ServiceNow, "Customer Service Management Quality Engineer," and our team is in charge of testing and ensuring the quality of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application, verifying that all features and functions within the platform work as intended and deliver a seamless customer experience by identifying and resolving any defects or issues that may arise during testing. Maintain existing automation test frameworks
Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
