Fisher Investments

Company : Fisher Investments

Overview:

It's an exciting time to be a member of the Fisher Investments Technology Department. We're investing in the future of our firm's technology and are building our team to achieve global growth. We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Lead to support our Technology Business Services team. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference as we develop scalable and strategic solutions to support our global growth, we want to hear from you!

The Opportunity:

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will establish a world-class QA practice from the ground up for an enterprise-scale environment. You will report to the Application Development Group Manager and lead cross-functional testing for highly complex modules like Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations, ensuring that critical compliance and audit workflows are bulletproof. If you are passionate about moving from manual testing to automated, continuous quality, this role offers the platform to innovate and influence our entire DevOps lifecycle.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Define the overarching QA roadmap, managing a mix of manual, automation, and business testers to ensure end-to-end coverage
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex IRM/GRC workflows, including policy attestations, risk scoring, and vendor assessments
  • Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF and other enterprise tools to accelerate release cycles
  • Lead triage meetings to identify, prioritize, and track defects, performing deep-dive root cause analysis to prevent escaped bugs in production
  • Coordinate testing for major platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with external systems like HRSD, ERPs, and Identity platforms
  • Establish quality KPIs—such as defect trends and test coverage—to provide stakeholders with data-driven confidence in release readiness

Your Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Software QA/Release Management, with at least 3+ years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise setting
  • 2+ years of experience as a QA lead, mentoring junior testers, and driving accountability across distributed technical groups
  • Proven experience testing ServiceNow IRM/GRC and CMDB/CSDM modules within highly regulated industries
  • Hands-on mastery of ServiceNow ATF, Jira/Azure DevOps, and API testing tools like Postman
  • Deep knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within Agile and CI/CD models
  • Experience leading Defect Triage meetings and influencing Product Owners and Architects to prioritize quality and technical debt reduction
  • Experience validating complex APIs and middleware connections between ServiceNow and third-party risk or identity providers

Compensation:

  • $115,000 – $170,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

Why Fisher Investments:

We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe. We take great pride in our inclusive culture, our learning and development framework customized for every employee, and our Great Place to Work Certification. It's the people that make the Fisher purpose possible, and we invest in them by offering exceptional benefits like:

  • 100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for you and your qualifying dependents
  • A 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum
  • 20 days of PTO, plus 10 paid holidays
  • Family Support programs including 8 week Paid Primary Caregiver Leave, $10,000 fertility, family forming, and hormonal health assistance, and back-up child, adult, and elder care
  • This is an in-office role. Based on your role, tenure, and performance eligibility you may have the opportunity to participate in our hybrid work from home program. This program is subject to change.
