This independent practice on the Sunshine Coast is looking for vet surgeon to join their team. Whilst experience is important it’s an empathetic team player who can fit seamlessly into the practice that is just as important. It’s mainly SA work here with a real mixed bag of consults plus interesting medical and surgical cases.
This progressive and purpose-built facility, has been serving the clientele of Pomona and the surrounding areas for 15 years. You will be joining a family where everyone pulls together when there’s work, and relaxes when it’s time. Ideas are encouraged and collaboration is important, your opinion is valued, and your voice is heard.
You will be rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in right from the start here. This role offers you the chance to bring your expertise to a supportive and caring environment. They are keen on continuous learning here and with medical and surgical specialists frequently on-site, you aren’t short of people from whom to help, guide, and learn, from making you a better vet.
The working hours are centred around trying to obtain a healthy work-life balance. This is a PT or FT role, you choose. The current weekly rota is 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off, but this is flexible. Lots of practices talk about a healthy work life balance; this one actually achieves it!
